• Strategic leadership of global academic partnerships
• Development of international recruitment strategies
• Oversight of student exchange and study-abroad programs
• Representation at global educational conferences and forums

2. Key Responsibilities

The Dean’s duties will be diverse, dynamic, and highly impactful. Major areas of responsibility include:

• Negotiating and managing international agreements with universities and institutions
• Promoting cross-cultural understanding among students and faculty
• Developing global academic programs and dual-degree partnerships
• Monitoring and improving the success of international students

3. Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a visionary leader with a passion for international education and a proven track record in global academic relations. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Doctoral degree or equivalent academic qualifications
• Minimum 7 years of experience in international academic leadership
• Strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic international initiatives

Language proficiency beyond English will be considered a significant advantage.
